How does it work?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) works by accessing the energy flow routes (meridians) while the interference is present i.e. while you are thinking of the issue. The tapping, eye movements, humming and counting all access different areas of the brain and work together to reduce the interference and therefore the bad feelings.
Simple issues may be cleared with one round of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). More complex ones may require repeat rounds with the issue being dealt with from a different perspective each time.
How is EFT carried out
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) involves gently tapping a sequence of energy points on the body with the fingertips, which releases negative emotions, usually in minutes. The technique can tap away stress and panic attacks, negative emotions from jealousy to anger, bad habits, addictions and trauma of all kinds.
It is very rare for anyone to show absolutely no improvement with this technique and most people are amazed by it’s effectiveness.
Who is EFT Therapy is suitable for?
EFT therapy is suitable for all ages and can bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Sessions take place in one of three ways:
1. Telephone - it removes travelling time, and can save time and money. At the end of a EFT session, a convenient time is arranged for the next session, for the client to call the coach.
2. Face to face.
3. Skype face to face.
